The Location:
The house is located in Cherronisos, a picturesque fishing village at the northernmost tip of Sifnos. Built in a sheltered bay with turquoise, crystal-clear waters, Cherronisos offers a unique sense of tranquility and authentic Cycladic hospitality, far away from the hustle and bustle. One of the area's greatest advantages is that it is naturally protected and unaffected by the summer meltemi winds. In the picturesque settlement, you will find traditional tavernas right by the water for fresh fish and a small mini market which is open for about 6 months a year. The sandy beach is ideal for relaxation. Cherronisos is located 14 km (via a good asphalt road) from the island's capital, Apollonia, as well as from the island's largest village, Artemonas.

🏠 The House:
The house is independent, located on the upper floor of a two-story building right on the beach of Cherronisos, combining traditional Cycladic architecture with essential modern comforts. It features a large private veranda and offers stunning, panoramic views of the bay and the traditional fishing boats bobbing in the water. It is the ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the sound of the waves, or a glass of wine at sunset, gazing out at the endless blue of the Aegean. You can fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the waves washing against the beach right below the bedroom.

Layout:
The house is furnished and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. It features:

1 bedroom with a double bed (150x200 cm mattress).

A bright living area with a single bed (100x200 cm) and a sofa bed (100x200 cm).

A fully equipped kitchen for cooking.

A storage room and a bathroom.

Amenities include a water heater, washing machine, air conditioning for heating and cooling, Wi-Fi/internet, and bed linen.

Note: The private bathroom is located outside the house, in a separate structure with its own entrance right next to the house entrance, as shown in the relevant photo.

Internet speed can be upgraded if needed, with no extra cost for the guests.

The house is available from September 16, 2026, year-round, except for the period between July 15, 2027 and August 22, 2027.
