Rent in a Quiet Neighborhood
On the ground floor, there is a large private bedroom of 16 m2 with a door, a TV lounge and dining area for 4 people, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large private garden with a terrace.
The accommodation also includes a private toilet and shower. All utilities are included in the rent, including central heating, TV, and internet.
The washing machine is located in the basement. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood in the European Quarter. It is shared with a family with two children. The house is very peaceful, and we value a clean, respectful, and quiet atmosphere. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM, and we kindly ask everyone to respect this.
Optional: A housekeeping service is available for 2 hours per week to help keep the accommodation clean and tidy.
A clean, calm, and respectful environment is important to us.
