Bright and spacious 75 m2 private living space in IJburg, Amsterdam, with two bedrooms, a private kitchen, living and dining area, bathroom and separate luxury shower toilet.

The accommodation occupies two levels of our four-level family home and offers a high degree of privacy. You will have your own furnished living and dining space, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, private bathroom, separate toilet, washing machine and all essential household amenities. The only areas shared with us are the main entrance and staircase.

The home is light and modern, with large windows and a 4-metre skylight bringing in plenty of natural light. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer and everything needed for comfortable day-to-day living.

The main bedroom is complemented by a second bedroom, making the space well suited to a couple, small family, or someone who would like an additional bedroom or home-office space.

We expect to be travelling for much or all of the rental period, so in practice the tenant is likely to enjoy considerable privacy. When we are at home, our family uses separate living areas, kitchen and facilities on the other floors.

The property is located in IJburg, a modern and peaceful residential area of Amsterdam with water, walking routes, shops, cafés and everyday amenities nearby. IJburg shopping centre and the tram stop are approximately 5 minutes away, and Amsterdam Centraal can be reached by tram in around 15 minutes.

The home is fully furnished and ready to move into. Rent includes bills.

This is an ideal option for someone looking for more space and privacy than a typical room rental, while still having convenient access to central Amsterdam.
