We offer you a centrally located, in a TOP location, just in the middle of Haidhausen, very bright to the south, well equipped, completely furnished 2,5 rooms flat in the chic quartier. Its location has a great connection to the S/U-Ostbahnhof or Prinzregentenplatz and you can find lots of different stores, pharmacies and doctors within walking distance. The hospital rechts der Isar TU Munich is not far at Max-Weber Platz.

This 50m2 flat on the 2nd floor with lift offers 2,5 rooms. The living room is equipped with a cosy sleeping couch, full-serviced kitchenette with a dining area and you have 2 separate bedrooms with singlebeds. The bathroom comes with a toilet and shower. It comes with more features; the apartment offers possibility to glassfiber internet connection, cable TV. The own washing machine is in the bathroom.

Please note that the monthly rent is excluding utilities (heating, water, electricity, and internet). These extra costs have to be paid on top (see in the cost overview section).

Die Wohnung bietet 2,5 Zimmer und ist ca. 50 m2 groß. Die sehr helle und zentral gelegene Wohnung befindet sich in einer TOP-Lage mitten in Haidhausen nach Süden und befindet sich im 2. Stock mit Lift im sanierten Altbau. Das Wohnzimmer hat eine Schlafcouch und ist mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche mit Essbereich ausgestattet und Sie haben zwei separate Schlafzimmer mit je einem Einzelbett, Kleidershcrank und Schreibtisch. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Toilette und Dusche ausgestattet. Außerdem bietet die Wohnung die Möglichkeit zum Glasfaser-Internetanschluss, Kabelfernsehen, eigene Waschmaschine im Bad.

Außerdem hat die Wohnungen eine sehr gute Anbindung an den S/U-Ostbahnhof oder Prinzregentplatz und Sie können viele verschiedene Geschäfte, Apotheken und Ärzte zu Fuß erreichen. Das Krankenhaus rechts der Isar bzw TU München ist in Gehweite zum May-Weber-Platz.
