We offer you a centrally located, in a quiet TOP location, just in the middle of the old town to the south and court, well equipped, completely furnished apartment in the old town. It comes with a great connection to the S/U-Marienplatz or Isartor and you can find lots of different stores, pharmacies and restaurants within walking distance.

The 35m2 apartment, on the 1st floor, offers 1 spacious room. The living room is equipped with a full-serviced kitchen with a dining area and a separate sleeping corner. The bathroom comes with a with toilet and shower. For your comfort, more features are available: the apartment offers possibility to telephone, glass fiber internet connection, cable TV. The shared washing and drying machine are in (hidden)ment.

Please note that the monthly rent is excluding utilities (water, electricity, internet). These extra costs have to be paid on top (see in the cost overview section)

Die Wohnung bietet 1 geräumiges Zimmer und ist ca. 35 m2 groß. Die sehr helle und zentral gelegene Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen TOP-Lage mitten in der Altstadt nach Süden und befindet sich im 1.Stock zum Hof.
Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche mit Essbereich und einer separaten Schlafecke ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine mit Toilette und Dusche. Außerdem bietet die Wohnung die Möglichkeit zu Telefon, Glasfaser-Internetanschluss, Kabelfernsehen.
