We offers you a centrally located, in a quiet TOP location, just in the middle of the old town to the south, well equipped, completely furnished apartment in the old town. Its location has a great connection to the S/U-Marienplatz or Isartor and you can find lots of different stores, pharmacies and doctors within walking distance.

This 45m2 apartment, on the 2nd floor, offers 2 rooms. The living room is equipped with a full-serviced kitchen with a dining area and you have a separate bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The bathroom comes with a with toilet and shower. It comes with more features; the apartment offers possibility to telephone, glass fiber internet connection, cable TV. The common washing and drying machine are in (hidden)ment.

Please note that the monthly rent is excluding utilities (water, electricity, and internet). These extra costs have to be paid on top (see in the cost overview section).

Die Wohnung bietet 2 Zimmer und ist ca. 45 m2 groß. Die sehr helle und zentral gelegene Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen TOP-Lage mitten in der Altstadt im Süden und befindet sich im 2.
Stock. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche mit Essbereich ausgestattet und Sie haben ein separates Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem Einzelbett. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Toilette und Dusche ausgestattet. Außerdem bietet die Wohnung die Möglichkeit zum Telefonieren, Glasfaser-Internetanschluss, Kabelfernsehen,
Gemeinsame Wasch- und Trockenmaschine im Untergeschoss.

Außerdem haben die Wohnungen eine sehr gute Anbindung an den S/U-Marienplatz oder das Isartor und Sie können viele verschiedene Geschäfte, Apotheken und Ärzte zu Fuß erreichen.
