We offer you a centrally located, in a quiet TOP location, just in the middle of the old town, well equipped, completely furnished apartment in the old town. Its location come with a great connection to the S/U-Marienplatz or Isartor and you can find lots of different stores, pharmacies and doctors within walking distance.

The 45m2 apartment is on the 1st floor (no elevator but a free workout😉). The bright accomoadation comes with 2 rooms. The bedroom offers a comfy double and a separate single bed. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. The living room is equipped with a full-serviced kitchen, a dining area and a cozy couch. More features are available; the apartment offers possibility to telephone, glass fiber internet connection, cable TV. The common washing + drying machine in (hidden)ment.

The monthly rent is excluding utilities (water, electricity, and internet). These extra costs have to be paid on top (see in the cost overview section).

Ich biete eine zentral gelegene, gut ausgestattete, komplett möblierte Wohnung in der Altstadt für 1 -2 Personen oder ein Paar (der Preis für die Einzelnutzung beträgt 1299€, Zuschlag für die 2. Person € 250,-).

Die Wohnung bietet 2 Zimmer und ist ca. 45 m2 groß. Die sehr helle und zentral gelegene Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen TOP-Lage mitten in der Altstadt im 1. Stock (kein Aufzug, aber ein kleiner Workout :D)
Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, einem Essbereich und einer gemütlichen Couch ausgestattet. Das Schlafzimmer bietet ein bequemes Doppelbett und ein separates Einzelbett. Das Badezimmer hat eine Dusche und eine Toilette. Außerdem bietet die Wohnung die Möglichkeit zum Telefonieren, Glasfaser-Internetanschluss, Kabelfernsehen. Gemeinsame Waschmaschine + Trockner im Keller.

Zusätzlich verfügen die Wohnungen über eine gute Anbindung an den S/U-Marienplatz oder Isartor und Sie finden viele verschiedene Geschäfte, Apotheken und Ärzte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
