We offer you a centrally located, well equipped, and completely furnished apartment in the old town. The very bright property is located in a quiet TOP location, in the middle of the old town to the south. Its location come with a great connection to the S/U-Marienplatz or Isartor and you can find lots of different stores, pharmacies and doctors within walking distance.

The 31m2 apartment is on the 4th floor of a building without lift. It has a fully equipped living room, a full-serviced kitchen, a dining area and a separate sleeping corner. The bathroom comes with a with toilet and shower. More features are available; the apartment offers possibility to telephone, glass fiber internet connection, and cable TV. There is a common washing and drying machine in (hidden)ment.

The monthly rent is excluding utilities (water, electricity, and internet). These extra costs have to be paid on top (see in the cost overview section).

Die Wohnung bietet 1,5 Zimmer und ist ca. 31 m2 groß.
Die sehr helle und zentral gelegene Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen TOP-Lage mitten in der Altstadt nach Süden und befindet sich im 4. Stock ohne Aufzug. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche mit Essbereich und einer separaten Schlafecke ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine mit Toilette und Dusche. Außerdem bietet die Wohnung die Möglichkeit zu Telefon, Glasfaser-Internetanschluss, Kabelfernsehen.
Gemeinsame Wasch- und Trockenmaschine im Untergeschoss.
