We offers you a centrally located, well equipped, completely furnished apartment. Located in a quiet TOP location, just in the middle of the old town, the apartments come with a great connection to the S/U-Marienplatz or Isartor and you can find lots of different stores, pharmacies and doctors within walking distance.

The 50 m2 apartment, on the 3rd floor (no elevator but a free workout 😉), offers 2 rooms. The bedroom offers a comfy double and a separate single bed. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. The living room is equipped with a full-serviced kitchen, a dining area and a cozy couch. More features are available; telephone, glass fiber internet connection, cable TV. The very best is your own outside terrasse 10qm. Totally quiet!

Ich biete eine zentral gelegene, gut ausgestattete, komplett möblierte Wohnung in der Altstadt für 1-3 Gäste an (der Preis für die Einzelnutzung beträgt 1599€, für 2 Personen 300€ Zuschlag, für 3 Personen 600€ Zuschlag).

Die Wohnung bietet 2 Zimmer und ist ca. 50 m2 groß. Die sehr helle und zentral gelegene Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen TOP-Lage mitten in der Altstadt im 3. Stock (kein Aufzug, aber freies Training :D)
Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, einem Essbereich und einer gemütlichen Couch ausgestattet. Das Schlafzimmer bietet ein bequemes Doppelbett und ein separates Einzelbett. Das Badezimmer hat eine Dusche und eine Toilette. Außerdem bietet die Wohnung Telefon, Glasfaser-Internetanschluss, Kabelfernsehen. Aboluter Clou ist die eigene Dachterrasse zum Innenhof 10 qm. Total ruhig.

Gemeinsame Wasch- und Trockenmaschine im Untergeschoss.

Zusätzlich verfügen die Wohnungen über eine gute Anbindung an den S/U-Marienplatz oder Isartor und Sie finden viele verschiedene Geschäfte, Apotheken und Ärzte in unmittelbarer Nähe.
