There is a huge wardrobe and cupboard through all the wall. The double bed is very comfortable (double size) and the windows are very wide. There are as well chairs, hangers, iron, iron desk, bedside table and much more. The small bedroom is small but cozy and fully furnished.

The apartment is warm and furnished as well. The beds are very comfortable and the bedroom very warm in winter.

The bills are low. The bills are not included in the price of the monthly rent.

Payments:
The first full month’s rent (30 days) must be paid through HousingAnywhere. All remaining payments should be paid directly to the Lessor before check-in and key handover.

Check-in & Check-out:
Standard Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 17:00. Outside these hours or on weekends/holidays require prior arrangement with the Lessor and may incur a small one-time service fee.
