Flexible Start Dates & Rent
We offer tenancy agreements starting on either the 1st or the 15th of each month. If you choose a move-in date on the 15th, the first rent payment will be adjusted in your second month’s rent installment to reflect the shorter stay for the month. This means you’ll pay a reduced amount for the first month, giving you even more flexibility as you settle into your new home.
TENANCY TERMS
All bookings are issued under an open‐ended (unlimited) tenancy agreement, meaning there is no fixed end date and no annual renewal is required.
Students: Standard student agreements allow for a full academic‐year stay, with one termination option per year, subject to three months’ notice, effective 31 August.
Working professionals: Agreements are open‐ended and include a minimum stay of 12 months. Termination is possible with three months’ notice, effective at the end of the applicable minimum stay period.
