A proper home, not a hotel room

This is my private apartment — I rent it out when I'm away, which means it's lived-in and cared for, not a corporate rental. Located on Wallensteinplatz in the 20th district, it's a genuinely spacious Viennese apartment with everything you need for a comfortable extended stay — including 2 proper desks and 500 Mbps fibre internet that actually holds up for calls, uploads, and anything else work demands.

Your bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, TV and desk. The living room has a cosy couch, another big screen TV and a height adjustable desk for remote (hidden) have the full kitchen, a separate bathroom and WC, an entrance hall, and an elevator in the building.

The city centre is closer than you think, even by foot and the apartment is really well connected to public transport (4 metro lines and S-Bahn close and 2 tram lines and 2 bus lines on your doorstep)

You'll be on Wallensteinplatz, directly at the edge of the Augarten, with excellent connections to the whole city and the kind of street-level life that makes Vienna what it is.

Cleaning once a month is included.
