If you like the sea, a bit of wilderness and the glamour of Cote d'Azur, than this is the place where you will be happy to spend your vacation: an studio with a breathtaking sea-view, just above the best beach around here, Balzi Rossi, where the water is crystal blue. The apartment is between Italy and France, so you are 10 min away from Menton, 30 min from Montecarlo and 40 from Sanremo.

You’ll have your private entrance, equipped terrace, a (small) kitchen & dining area, bathroom with shower and bedroom with double bed. We are situated in Italy just on the border with the French riviera. The best of both worlds!

Grimaldi is a very quite authentic village, about 150 meters above sea level. You can walk right up in the mountains where you can hike of bike for hours in the natural protected reserve ‘parco nationale Ligure’. The nearest beaches are Baia Benjamin and Balzi Rossi. Small bays with fishers boats and stone beaches. Both beaches have a restaurant. Great place for snorkeling and diving of rocks.

Family beaches you find in the village of Menton, by car just 5 mins from our home. Here you can find sandy beaches, restaurants, shops and sunny terraces.

Ventimiglia city is a short drive of 10min., here you can find a fantastic covered food market and every Friday a big clothes/bags and food market on the boulevard.

Little villages and cities worth visiting in the surroundings are; Menton (5′′ FR), St. Agnes ( 30′′)
