The building is frequented by very respectable and polite people and is very safe.
In the building, there is a concierge open from Monday to Friday, in the morning from 8 am to 1 pm and in the afternoon from 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm. On Saturdays from 9 am to 12 pm.

Around the building, we can find shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, prestigious cafes and all public transport to reach any destination.

This apartment is suitable for 2 people, maximum 3 people, since there are two separate bedrooms and two separate bathrooms with a shared kitchen.

Please note that a contract registration fee applies. The cost is split equally between the landlord and the tenant.

L’entrata è in comune con un altro appartamento, ma è entrambi sono completamente indipendenti.
È composto da due camere da letto con un letto matrimoniale, due bagni ed una cucina attrezzata di tutto, microonde, forno, frigorifero, lavastoviglie, lavatrice

L’appartamento è in fase di lavorazione e sarà ultimato a fine luglio.
Tutto è completamente ristrutturato, dalle finestre al pavimento ai bagni tutto rigorosamente rinnovato .
E’ dotato di impianto di riscaldamento, di impianto di aria condizionata e si trova all’interno di un prestigioso palazzo nel centro di Torino.

Il palazzo è frequentato da persone rispettabilissime ed educate ed è molto sicuro
Nel palazzo c’è una portineria aperta dal lunedì al venerdì, al mattino dalle ore 8 alle ore 13 e al pomeriggio dalle ore 14:30 alle ore 18:30
Il sabato dalle ore 9 alle ore 12

Attorno al palazzo, possiamo trovare negozi, supermercati, farmacie, prestigiosi caffè e, tutti i mezzi pubblici per raggiungere qualsiasi destinazione.

Questo appartamento è adatto per 2 persone, massimo 3 persone, poiché ci sono due camere separate e due bagni separati con la cucina in comune.
