!!️ TERMINATION CLAUSE: Fixed-term contract. Early termination requires at least 3 months’ notice and is accepted only for serious documented reasons (e.g. health issues).
Personal choices such as returning home, travelling, transportation or distance issues, dissatisfaction with the area/apartment, incompatibility with other tenants, noise, works, or expectations differing from the listing description are not considered valid reasons.
In case of early exit, the tenant must cooperate in finding a replacement tenant subject to landlord approval. Until replacement or contract expiry, rent remains due.

in case of Utilities INCLUDED in the contract : Landlord monitors consumption and bills. Utility costs may be adjusted if they exceed the average contractual consumption estimates.

Porta Palazzo is home to Europe's largest open-air market, where local farmers and producers sell fresh seasonal products every day.

Every Saturday, the neighbourhood hosts Balon, Turin's famous antique and vintage market, while Gran Balon, held once a month, attracts visitors from all over the city.
The area has a strong identity and may surprise those who are not used to such cultural diversity. However, it is not a dangerous neighbourhood. If it were, so many university students—especially young women—would not choose to live here year after year.

Every Saturday there is a flea market ( BALON) and once a month the Sunday GRAN BALON where you take spot antiques and collectibles.
