Drop your bags and stay: this modernised 2-room apartment on Herrfurthstraße is fully furnished and ready to move into. Across 38 m² you get a separate bedroom, a bright living area with an open kitchen, and a bathroom with a proper bathtub – a rarity in an apartment this size.

The bedroom has a wide kingsize bed and a wardrobe big enough to swallow a whole suitcase. In the living area, a large sofa folds out into a second bed, and a 4K smart TV and deep shelves take care of the evenings; the kitchen counter doubles as dining table and desk. Kitchen and bathroom are newly fitted, a dishwasher and a washing machine are included, and smart home controls and fast wifi are running from day one. Bed linen, towels and crockery are all there.

Tempelhofer Feld begins at the end of the street. The apartment is let for stays of three to twelve months, with city registration at this address.

Location

Herrfurthstraße sits in the Schillerkiez, one of the liveliest and greenest corners of Neukölln. Cafés, bakeries, international restaurants and small shops are right on the doorstep, and supermarkets for daily needs are a short walk away. Around Herrfurthplatz with its church it stays quiet; Körnerpark with its sunken garden and the Hasenheide park are both minutes away. At the end of the street, Tempelhofer Feld opens up – 300 hectares of former airfield for running, picnics and long sunsets.

Transport is excellent: S+U Hermannstraße is about five minutes on foot and combines the Ringbahn (S41/S42) with the U8, which reaches Alexanderplatz in roughly 15 minutes. The U8 stations Boddinstraße and Leinestraße and several bus lines are close by as well.
