Located in one of the most authentic and sought-after areas of Puerto del Carmen, this bright and spacious apartment offers maximum comfort, combining unbeatable views with a prime location. Every detail of the apartment has been carefully considered to ensure you feel right at home from the moment you arrive:

-Master bedroom: A spacious, light-filled room featuring a comfortable double bed for a restful night's sleep.

-Second bedroom: Practical and cozy, this room includes a trundle bed (with a pull-out second bed), making it ideal for children or extra guests.

-Large living-dining room: An open-plan, spacious area perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. It is equipped with air conditioning to keep the space cool.

-Sea-view terrace: The highlight of the apartment. An outdoor space perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, reading a book, or dining while watching the sunset over the ocean.

-Full kitchen: Fully equipped with all necessary appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, etc.) and utensils, allowing you to prepare your favourite meals with ease.

Things to note

Stairs: The complex requires the use of stairs to access the apartment and common areas. It is not recommended for individuals with limited mobility.

Climate control: Air conditioning is installed only in the large living-dining room. The bedrooms benefit from good natural ventilation thanks to the sea breeze.

Parking: We do not have a private parking space, but free parking is available on the residential streets surrounding the complex.

Located on Calle Manguia, you are situated in the charming old town (La Tiñosa), allowing you to enjoy a peaceful, local atmosphere while remaining just steps away from everything you need:

Distance to the beach: You are just a short 5- to 8-minute walk from Playa Chica, a spectacular cove with crystal-clear waters and the island's best spot for snorkelling and diving. If you prefer a larger beach, the start of the famous Playa Grande and its seafront promenade are about a 15-minute walk away.

El Varadero (Fishing Harbour): A walk of less than 5 minutes down the street brings you to the picturesque Puerto del Carmen harbour. It is the perfect area to enjoy fresh fish, relax on lively outdoor terraces, and visit the popular Friday market.

Biosfera Plaza Shopping Centre: Just steps from the apartment, you have access to this large open-air shopping centre with fashion stores, supermarkets, entertainment options (including an open-air cinema), and restaurants.

From the airport (ACE): Simply take the Intercity Bus Line 161, which connects the arrivals terminal directly to Puerto del Carmen. The journey takes about 15–20 minutes. We suggest getting off at stops in the Old Town or the Biosfera Shopping Centre area (such as Las Vistas or Costa Volcán).

For your return trip, please note that the route for bus 161 back to the airport differs from the outbound route. You will need to catch the bus at the stops in the upper area (Rambla Islas Canarias) rather than along the beach avenue.
