As the neighborhood is very lively, there is a corresponding noise level, especially on weekends, which is very directly noticeable on the 1st floor.

The apartment is designed for optimal use of space and can be booked directly online for stays of one month or longer. The living area features a practical Murphy bed and a sofa.
