Le architetture religiose sono tante: Basilica di San Pancrazio, su piazza San Pancrazio, la Cappella di Santa Maria della Consolazione, su piazza Ottavilla, la Chiesa di Santa Maria Madre della Provvidenza, su via Donna Olimpia. This 90sqm apartment is located on the third floor with an elevator and consists of a living room with balcony, two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. Via Raffaele Balestra is located in Monteverde Nuovo neighbourhood, western part of the city.
Piazza San Giovanni di Dio is just a few steps away from the apartment and where the tram line 8 stops; it takes you to Piazza Venezia crossing the Tiber river and reaching the heart of Rome, a few steps from the Campidoglio.
It is rich in history: you can easily reach Villa Maraini Santucci, an Art Nouveau building of the early nineteenth century located on Via Bernardino Ramazzini, or Villa Cirino on Via Ugo Bassi, baroque style villa of the twentieth century (1920). There are also many churches in the area: San Pancrazio (Piazza San Pancrazio), Chapel of Our Lady of Consolation (Piazza Ottavilla), Church of St. Mary Mother of Providence (Via Donna Olimpia).
