The Location
Nestled in the vibrant Esquilino district - named among the 10 coolest neighbourhoods in the world by Time out magazine - the apt is perfectly positioned to enjoy the city’s most famous sights while staying close to its main transport hubs.
From here, you can stroll to the Colosseum in about 15 minutes and to the magnificent Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore in just 7 minutes. The trendy Monti neighborhood, the ancient Fori Imperiali, and the Trevi Fountain are also within walking distance, while the Spanish Steps can be reached with a pleasant 30-minute walk. For longer trips, the Vatican is only 15 minutes away by metro. Rome’s main train station, Termini, is just 5 minutes on foot, and the Vittorio Emanuele Metro station (Line A) is right across the street, giving you quick access to the city’s must-see spots.

With three comfortable double bedrooms and two bathrooms, each with its own shower, the apartment offers both space and privacy. A small balcony provides the perfect spot for a morning coffee under the Italian sun, while the cozy fireplace adds charm and warmth to your stay.
