L’appartamento gode di una posizione unica proprio nel cuore di Roma: siamo a pochissima distanza da Piazza di Spagna, dalla Fontana di Trevi, da Montecitorio e dall’Ara Pacis.
L’elegante Via Gregoriana è situata nel rione di Campo Marzio, che sale da Via Capo le Case a Piazza della Trinità dei Monti. Voluta da papa Gregorio XIII, la strada fu costruita per il Giubileo del 1575 in modo da collegare la chiesa di Trinità dei Monti alla sottostante città rinascimentale, sostituendo la scalinata di Domenico Fontana e facilitando l'accesso al Pincio.
Il quartiere è da sempre apprezzato da artisti e intellettuali, sia italiani che stranieri: ad esempio, su Piazza Trinità dei Monti si trova il Palazzetto Zuccari, detto anche ‘la Casa dei Mostri’, ristrutturato nei primi anni 2000 e sede della Biblioteca Hertziana. Qui vissero Pietro Bracci, autore del monumento funebre della regina Maria Casimira di Polonia in San Pietro, Angelica Kauffman, Winckelmann e Friedrich Overbeck. Numerose targhe sulle facciate dei palazzi ricordano i molti residenti celebri della zona.
Una breve passeggiata conduce poi alla splendida Piazza di Spagna ed alla scalinata di Trinità dei Monti; a poca distanza, ecco la casa-museo dedicata ai poeti inglesi Keats e Shelley.
Intorno, si snodano le principali vie dello shopping romano -Via Frattina, Via del Corso, Via dei Condotti- che attraggono turisti da tutto il mondo con la loro eleganza architettonica, le raffinate boutique delle più prestigiose griffe, le gioiellerie ed i ristoranti ricercati.

Studio apartment with mezzanine, located on the ground floor, within walking distance of Piazza di Spagna and Piazza Barberini, in the elegant Rome’s Tridente. The apartment is located in the very heart of Rome historic centre: this is the perfect starting point to reach Piazza di Spagna (Spanish Steps), the Trevi Fountain, Montecitorio (the Italian Parliament) and the Ara Pacis.
The elegant Via Gregoriana, situated in the Campo Marzio district, leads from Via Capo le Case to Piazza Trinità dei Monti. The street was built for the Jubilee in 1575 under Pope Gregorio XIII, in order to connect the church of Trinità dei Monti to the Renaissance city centre below, thus replacing the staircase by Domenico Fontana and making the access to the Pincio easier.
The neighborhood has always been popular among Italian and foreign artists: for example, here is the Palazzo Zuccari, also called the ‘House of Monsters' (Casa dei Mostri). Renovated in the early 2000s, it now houses the ‘Hertziana Library’. The palace was inhabited by Pietro Bracci, author of the tomb of Queen Maria Casimira of Poland located in St. Peter, Angelica Kauffman, Winckelmann and Friedrich Overbeck.
Several plaques on the façades of the buildings also remind the famous people who lived in this street.
Within walking distance is the stunning Piazza di Spagna (Spanish Steps), Trinità dei Monti and the museum entitled to the English poets Keats and Shelley.
