South-facing and bathed in natural light, the living room — furnished with a vintage modern sofa — includes a cosy dining area with a table that seats up to six. From there, you can access the balcony that runs the length of the apartment, pleasantly extending the living space.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a steam oven, a microwave/oven, an 80cm induction hob, a Nespresso machine, a sparkling water machine, and all essential utensils.

There are three bedrooms. The Master Bedroom features a queen-size bed (160x200) and a private en-suite bathing area with a sink, bathtub, and shower. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed (which can be split into two twin beds on request) and a desk, which is ideal for working.
