🏡 Furnished Apartment for Rent

I am renting out my lovely fully furnished apartment to a responsible and considerate tenant.

💡 Electricity, hot and cold water: Not included in the rent and will be charged afterwards on the following month’s rent invoice. My usual consumption is around SEK 300–400/month, although the cost may be slightly higher during the autumn/winter months.
🌐 Internet: SEK 399/month through Tele2. If you prefer, you are also welcome to arrange your own internet subscription, in which case I can cancel my current subscription.
🛡️ Home insurance: The tenant is required to have their own home insurance, as required by Wallenstam.
🛋️ The apartment is rented fully furnished.
