L'appartamento è costituito da sala con cucina, disimpegno, camera matrimoniale e bagno. Camera da letto e sala affacciano sul terrazzo con orientamento nord. La sala include tavolo da pranzo, divano letto matrimoniale, televisore e cucina lineare con frigorifero Samsung di recente installazione, forno e piano cottura. Oltre la grande porta finestra sul terrazzo è presente un lucernario con apertura telecomandata. La camera da letto include letto a cassone matrimoniale, comodini, comó, armadio, poltrona e scarpiere. Oltre alla portafinestra sul terrazzo è presente una seconda finestra con orientamento ovest. Il bagno, finestrato, include sanitari, doccia, lavandino e lavasciuga Electrolux di recente installazione. Il riscaldamento e la produzione di acqua calda sanitaria sono autonomi con caldaia a gas (in un vano esterno sul pianerottolo) ed è presente un impianto di condizionamento estivo (utilizzabile anche per il riscaldamento invernale) con split sia in sala che in camera. Bright one-bedroom apartment in Isola on the 10th and last floor without buildings of equal height in the sorrounding with pitched ceiling with maximum height over 3.50m. The apartment consists of living room with kitchen, hallway, master bedroom and bathroom. Bedroom and living room are connected to the terrace with northern orientation. The living room includes dining table, sofa bed, television and linear kitchen with newly installed Samsung refrigerator, oven and hob. In addition to the large French door-window to the terrace, a skylight with remote control opening is installed on the ceiling. The bedroom includes double bed with storage box, bedside tables, dresser, closet, armchair and shoe rack. In addition to the French door-window to the terrace there is a second window with a western orientation. The windowed bathroom includes recently installed Electrolux washer dryer, shower, sink, toilet and bidet. Heating and hot water production are independent with a gas boiler (in an external room on the landing), and there is a summer air conditioning system (which can also be used for winter heating) with splits in both the living room and bedroom.
