The sleeping area includes two double bedrooms, both spacious and very bright. • 200,00€ for building fees
• 200,00€ for utilities (heating, water, electricity, gas, wifi)
• 100,00€/month for for one service per month of the common areas (kitchen, bathroom, balconies);
Total of monthly cost: 2.400,00€

You will pay once (una tantum, upon contract signature) the following amounts:
• 1.900€: security deposit (it will be refunded after check-out if everything is OK);
• 170,00€ (VAT included) customer care services (every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.), opening and closing of the rental contract, delivery and collection of keys in presence.
• 280,00€ (VAT included) for the final cleaning
Linen is not included.

(*) Please note that the “monthly rent” includes a 5% fee plus VAT payable by the tenant for booking management and administrative services related to the stay.
This fee will be invoiced separately to the tenant and will be deducted from the rental amount stated in the lease agreement.
