Please note: The building has an elevator that can only be accessed using a key fob located inside the apartment. Therefore, you will need to use the stairs for your first visit.

The area

The area appeals to tourists in search of art and culture, thanks to its historic villas and museums, as well as avid shoppers due to its proximity to Corso Buenos Aires. Those looking for greenery, despite the proximity to the center, will not be disappointed by the large gardens in the area, where interesting outdoor activities are organized every month. Even at mealtimes and after dinner, Porta Venezia has something for everyone, offering a wide range of restaurants and alternatives to suit all tastes.

A pleasant stroll among the historic and elegant buildings of Corso Venezia takes you to Piazza San Babila and the heart of Milan, just a few steps from the Duomo.

The apartment

Recently refurbished and modernized, the apartment comfortably accommodates one to four people, thanks to a practical sofa bed in the living room.

The open-plan space features a long, well-equipped kitchen for preparing delicious meals at home, which can be enjoyed at the comfortable dining table, well lit by the large window during the day.

The bedroom is double, minimalist, and well lit in the morning thanks to the light that filters through the French window when the shutters are opened.

The bathroom offers a surprise: a large bathtub perfect for relaxing after a day of work, study, or sightseeing in the city. However, there is also an intimate shower cubicle carved out of a niche, ensuring practicality for those who are short on time, in perfect Milanese style.

Il canone indicato è all inclusive: comprende spese condominiali, utenze e assistenza dedicata 7 giorni su 7, dalle 9:30 alle 22:00. Non sono previste commissioni: la tariffa è definita e non soggetta a costi extra.

N.B. Il palazzo è dotato di ascensore a cui si può accedere solo tramite badge presente all'interno dell'appartamento. Per il primo ingresso è quindi necessario utilizzare le scale.

La zona

Una delle più ambite e affascinanti zone meneghine è sicuramente Porta Venezia, dove il nostro appartamento sorge a due passi dall'omonima fermata della linea rossa M1.

La zona ammalia sia i turisti in cerca di arte e cultura, grazie alle storiche ville e i musei, sia i più accaniti con lo shopping per la vicinanza con Corso Buenos Aires. Chi è in cerca del verde, nonostante la vicinanza al centro, non rimarrà deluso dagli ampi giardini presenti in zona, dove ogni mese vengono organizzate interessanti attività all'aria aperta. Anche al momento dei pasti e del post cena Porta Venezia mette tutti d'accordo offrendo un'ampia gamma di locali e alternative adatte a tutti i gusti.

Con una bella passeggiata tra i palazzi storici e signorili di Corso Venezia, si giunge in Piazza San Babila e quindi nel pieno centro di Milano, a pochi passi dal Duomo.

L'appartamento

Da poco rinfrescato e modernizzato, l'appartamento accoglie comodamente da una a quattro persone, grazie alla presenza di un pratico divano letto in soggiorno.

Nell'open space troviamo una lunga cucina ben fornita per preparare deliziosi pasti in casa, da consumare nel comodo tavolo da pranzo ben illuminato dall'ampia finestra durante le ore del giorno.

La camera da letto è matrimoniale, minimalista e ben illuminata al mattino grazie alla luce che filtra dalla porta finestra quando le persiane vengono aperte.

Il bagno regala una sorpresa: un'ampia vasca perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di lavoro, di studio o di visita in città. Non manca comunque un intimo box doccia ricavato da una nicchia, per garantire praticità a chi ha poco tempo, in perfetto stile milanese.
