It has two large bedrooms with double bed, a living room with smart TV and a sofa bed, which leads to the open kitchen equipped with table and chairs, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob and kettle. The bathroom is with shower, sink and bidet. The apartment has a washing machine, drying rack, iron and hairdryer and is equipped with an electric door with access code. There are two large balconies, one overlooking the quiet residential street and the other overlooking the quiet inner courtyard. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment and parties are not allowed. The check-in time is from 3:00 to 9:00 pm, check-out is to be done by 10:00 am. Any request for different times for both check-in and check-out must be agreed and approved by us.
