A charming studio apartment is available to rent in Sarpi. The property is spacious and bright, and it has lots of storage space. The main room is large, and it has a big double bed, a chest of drawers, an AC unit, a huge fireplace, and a stone dining table with chairs. The kitchenette is small but practical, and it has a small hot plate, a mini-fridge, and lots of storage space. The bathroom is cosy and clean, and it has a washing machine and a big heating unit to keep towels warm on while showering.
The property is a 5-minute walk from a tram stop.
The apartment is also a 9-minute walk from the Monumentale metro station.

Sarpi is one of the city's most exciting neighbourhoods. Full of shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, and more, you'll never be bored around here!

MPORTANT:** the landlady provides a transitional type of contract, in order to be eligible you need (by law) to present at least one of the following conditions:**

Being in waiting to take possession of a property purchased or assigned by a public body;
Have a fixed-term employment contract or a temporary job or study transfer or project (like Erasmus program or a class in a language school);
Being in a process of caring and / or assistance to oneself or to one's family members, in a place other than that of residence of these subjects;
Renovation work needs to be done on your home, making it temporarily unusable.

Variable deposit: the landlady requires:

1 month security deposit for stays up to 59 days
2 month security deposit for stays from 60 to 89 days
3 month security deposit from 90 days on.
