Affacciato nel cortile interno di uno dei palazzi di ringhiera, la tipica architettira milanese, di Corso Como, a pochi passi del famoso concept store Corso Como 10 con la Galleria d'Arte Carla Sozzani. Rispecchia lo stile new romantic dal sapore nordeuropeo, la parete di stencil di arabeschi e la cornice barocca attorno alla TV a schermo piatto, ben si sposano con la cucina rustica. L'alternanza di grigio e avorio mette in risalto le travi del soffitto e le mensole in pietra nella nicchia sopra al letto. L'ampia armadiatura sul fondo garantisce praticità per tutti i tipi di soggiorno. Il Quartiere Una delle vie della movida notturna più famose della città, lounge bar si alternano a ristoranti tipici milanesi e pizzerie rinomate. A sud sbocca in piazza 25 Aprile, sede del super store Eataly, prelibato supermercato di prodotti tipici e street food. A nord, finisce in Piazza Gae Aulenti con la sua fontana che sgorga a tempo di walzer all'ombra della torre Unicredit, diventata in pochi mesi un centro nevralgico: d'estate luogo prediletto per grandi e bambini, location dei concerti del Pavillion, una costruzione in legno modellata come una cassa armonica. D'inverno, con la pista di pattinaggio sul ghiaccio e il mercatino di Natale con prodotti tipici del nord Italia. Corso Como 8 si trova al primo piano senza ascensore.

Recesso anticipato: dopo almeno un mese, potrai dare disdetta con un preavviso di almeno 21 giorni dalla data ultima di rilascio dell’immobile;

NB solo per i nostri appartamenti di Milano:
per le prenotazioni con check- in tra il 18 marzo ed il 28 aprile 2026 inclusi, le prime due mensilità dovranno essere saldate anticipatamente e non saranno rimborsabili.Non è consentito il check out per le date comprese dal 17 aprile al 26 aprile 2026 inclusi.

Al termine del soggiorno potrebbe essere richiesto un supplemento per il lavaggio dei tessili.

Applichiamo un contratto giornaliero: la mensilità è calcolata sui giorni esatti e sulla base dei 30 giorni: per esempio Dicembre è calcolato su 31 giorni, Febbraio su 28 ecc ec...;Gli orari di check-in e check-out verranno comunicati una volta finalizzata la prenotazione. CONTRATTO DI AFFITTO:È obbligatorio avere un Codice Fiscale valido per poter firmare il contratto di affitto; il contratto di affitto deve essere firmato prima dell’entrata in appartamento, altrimenti non saremo in grado di effettuare il check-in nei tempi accordati;

PAGAMENTI:
Una volta confermata la prenotazione, ti contatteremo per saldare entro e non oltre 2 settimane prima del check-in, il deposito cauzionale, che rimborseremo a 30 giorni dal check-out ed il costo delle pulizie iniziali e finali (costo obbligatorio che parte da €175) che varia a seconda della grandezza dell'appartamento. E' possibile ricevere un kit biancheria su richiesta, ad un costo extra.
In caso di presenza di animali domestici, saranno applicati sovrapprezzi.
Per tutti gli appartamenti locati nella città di Roma, è richiesto il pagamento della city tax nel momento del check-in. Il costo è pari a €6 a notte, per persona.
Per tutti gli appartamenti situati a Bologna, lenzuola e asciugamani saranno forniti solo per i primi 15 giorni di soggiorno; set extra potranno essere forniti a pagamento.REGOLE DELLA CASA: E' severamente proibito fumare all'interno dell'appartamento.

Studio renovated in September 2015 that offers the comfort of a double bedroom with the addition of a kitchenette. Overlooking the inner courtyard of one of the banistered buildings, the typical Milanese architecture, of Corso Como, a few steps from the famous Corso Como 10 concept store with the Carla Sozzani Art Gallery. It reflects the New Romantic style with a Northern European flavor, the wall of arabesque stencils and the baroque frame around the flat screen TV, go well with the rustic kitchen. The alternation of gray and ivory highlights the ceiling beams and the stone shelves in the niche above the bed. The large wardrobe at the bottom ensures convenience for all types of stay. The District One of the most famous nightlife streets in the city, lounge bars alternate with typical Milanese restaurants and renowned pizzerias. To the south, it leads to Piazza 25 Aprile, home of the Eataly super store, a delicious supermarket selling typical products and street food. To the north, it ends in Piazza Gae Aulenti with its fountain that gushes at waltz time in the shade of the Unicredit tower, which in a few months became a nerve center: in summer a favorite place for adults and children, location of the Pavillion concerts, a wooden building modeled like a soundboard. In winter, with the ice rink and the Christmas market with typical products from northern Italy. Corso Como 8 is located on the first floor without an elevator.

RENTAL CONDITION:
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price;
Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date;

N.B. only for our properties located in Milan: for the bookings with check-in between March the 18th and April the 28th 2026 included, the first two months of your booking must be paid in advance and won't be refundable.
The check out between 17th April and 26th April 2026 included is not allowed.

Please note that an extra charge for linen laundering may be required at the end of your stay

We apply a daily contract on 30 days: we calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay: e.g. December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc…;
RENTAL AGREEMENT:
As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.
PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.
A linen kit can be provided upon request at an additional cost.
In case of pets, additional charges will apply.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per night
-for all apartments located in Bologna, bed sheets and towels will be provided only for the first 15 days of stay; extra sets can be provided upon payments.HOUSE RULES: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment.
