The Studio Gold Plus is perfect if you're looking for a quiet environment on floors 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 with street views to concentrate. It features a 150 cm bed, a full private bathroom, and a kitchenette equipped with a microwave with oven and air fryer functions, a refrigerator, and a sink. It is fully furnished with a study area featuring a desk with a chair, and a Smart TV.
It also includes high-speed Wi-Fi.

In our residence, you will find a place where you’ll have everything you need for university. This residence offers fully equipped individual studios designed for a comfortable and flexible stay without complications.

All our rooms have a private bathroom and are cleaned every two weeks, with a change of sheets and towels included. The studios are equipped with domotics (smart home technology) and offer optional room cleaning services. Please note: While all studios feature their own private kitchenette, the building also has a fully equipped shared kitchen ("Food Lab") available for all residents to use.
