This temporary rental apartment stands out for its spaciousness and functional layout. The day area offers a comfortable living-dining room with sofas, a television, and a large table for 6 people, ideal for enjoying lunch or dinner with friends. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all the necessary utensils, as well as a practical work area.
In the hall, a cozy chill-out area with chairs, a small table, and a desk creates a perfect corner for relaxing or teleworking.
The sleeping area has two double bedrooms, both with built-in wardrobes; one of them also includes a table and chair, ideal for studying or working. The full bathroom has a bathtub.
The home has heating, air conditioning, and high-speed Wi-Fi. In addition, it has a practical storage area at the top of the apartment, accessible via stairs.
As for the location, the apartment is located in the Usera district, just a 12-minute walk from the Doce de Octubre train station (line C5) and very close to Pradolongo Park, a large green space perfect for walking or exercising. In the surrounding area, you will find supermarkets, cafes, local restaurants, and all essential services. It also has good bus connections and easy access to the main avenues that connect to the center of Madrid.
