This duplex penthouse apartment, located in a residential area of the Latina district, in the Alto de Extremadura neighborhood of Madrid, stands out for its east orientation and a two-level layout that maximizes comfort and natural light. On the lower floor is the day area, consisting of a cozy living-dining room with a fully equipped integrated kitchen. From the living room there is direct access to a private 5-square-meter terrace, ideal for having breakfast in the sun or enjoying a moment outdoors.
On this same floor is the bathroom, complete with a shower, in perfect condition and easily accessible from the common areas. The upper floor is intended for rest, with a double bedroom and a single bedroom. The house is well connected by public transport, about 3 minutes walk from the Alto de Extremadura metro station (L6) and with several nearby bus lines such as 31, 33, 36, 39 and 65.
