Right on Velázquez Street, in the heart of the Salamanca district, this 150 m2 apartment combines spaciousness, thoughtful design, and a layout conceived to allow you to enjoy Madrid without sacrificing anything.
The living area is clearly defined and flows seamlessly. On one side, there's a spacious living room with a sofa and TV area, perfect for relaxing. On the other, a separate dining room with a generous table for eight, ideal for entertaining guests or for a comfortable space to work in a group. The kitchen, integrated into the overall design but well-defined, has an L-shaped layout with a breakfast bar and stools, very practical for everyday use. It's fully equipped with high-end appliances (ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher) and smaller appliances such as a coffee maker, toaster, and kettle, among others, as well as complete tableware. There's also a laundry area near the kitchen.
