In one of the most exclusive enclaves of the Salamanca district, this sophisticated and welcoming flat is located in a representative building next to the renowned Platea Market, the largest gastronomic leisure centre in Europe.

First of all, the social area of the flat welcomes you with an open plan living room and a dining room located in the area closest to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with large and small electrical appliances and has a bar with three stools, ideal for breakfast and meals. In addition, if necessary, it has a service door through which you can access the lift of the building.

From the living room, a short hallway leads to the private area. The master suite enjoys a large size, which has made it possible to organise the space into four different areas: the sleeping area with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a work corner, the ensuite bathroom and finally a spacious dressing room.

The second bedroom has a double bed (150 x 200 cm) and an ensuite bathroom just in front of it, which doubles as a guest toilet due to its location close to the social area.
