This duplex is distributed over two floors and offers a comfortable and functional layout. On the first floor, there is a charming and bright living room, furnished with armchairs and a pleasant seating area designed for relaxation. The dining area, equipped with a dining table, is located in a separate space. The kitchen is integrated but visually separated from the living area and is fully equipped with everything necessary: stove, refrigerator, microwave, and small appliances, as well as cookware and utensils. A guest toilet is also located on this floor. From the living room, there is direct access to a spacious private outdoor terrace, perfect for enjoying the outdoors in peace and quiet.
The upper floor is dedicated exclusively to the sleeping area, featuring a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobes, and a desk area. A full bathroom with a shower is also located on this floor. The apartment has underfloor heating and air conditioning, as well as high-speed Wi-Fi.
The property is located in the Hortaleza district, with the Pinar del Rey metro station (Line 8) about a 6-minute walk away and Esperanza (Line 4) about 10 minutes away, providing easy access to various parts of the city.
