Close by is the integrated kitchen, fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, as well as a practical bar with stools, ideal for breakfast or enjoying a coffee. On this same floor there is a guest toilet and a cupboard area that provides additional storage.
Upstairs, the upper floor houses the sleeping area. The master bedroom is double, with built-in wardrobes and a television, offering a quiet and bright space. Next to it is a separate study with a desk area, wardrobes, and furniture, perfect for studying, teleworking, or keeping a tidy work area. This floor is completed by a full bathroom with a modern shower tray.
