The rental contract is temporary in nature, so the tenant is responsible for complying with the regulations established in municipal ordinances. In this regard, the possibility of registering as a resident will depend on current legislation and the criteria applied by the local council.

The landlord assumes no responsibility for the acceptance or refusal of registration by the competent authorities based on a temporary rental agreement. In any case, registration at the property shall not, under any circumstances, imply its recognition as the tenant's habitual residence.

For this reason, all stays longer than 30 days require the guest to purchase a liability insurance policy. This insurance provides peace of mind and protection against unforeseen events such as accidental damage to the property, material losses, theft, breakages, and home assistance, among others.

The insurance is contracted through Arrenta, is valid for one (1) year, and costs €99.
