This temporary rental apartment in Chamartín combines comfort and spaciousness with an excellent location on the ninth floor, which guarantees clear views and light throughout the day.
The day area consists of a living-dining room with a sofa, television, and dining area. From here you access a balcony with open views of the city of Madrid, an ideal space to enjoy the outdoors and natural light. The kitchen is independent, practical, and equipped with plenty of storage space and work surface.
The night area has two double bedrooms. The master bedroom is a suite with a full bathroom with a shower and built-in wardrobes. The second double bedroom also has built-in wardrobes. The apartment also has a second full bathroom with a shower.
This apartment includes ducted air conditioning, heating, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
As for the surroundings, the home is very close to Parque de Berlín and the National Auditorium. Access to public transport is excellent: the Concha Espina metro station (L9) is just a 2-minute walk away, and Cruz del Rayo (L9) is 5 minutes away.
