Located on a quiet street in the Prosperidad neighborhood, in a strategic location between the well-known streets of Príncipe de Vergara and López de Hoyos, this attractive fully furnished apartment is situated. It features 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a spectacular terrace, and a communal pool.

Upon entering the home, we are greeted by the hall that leads to the open-plan kitchen, which is fully equipped with large and small appliances, as well as varied utensils and a comfortable bar, perfect for informal meals.

The kitchen is connected to the social area, consisting of the dining area and the living room, from where we can access the gem of the house, a spacious L-shaped terrace that has two well-differentiated areas.

The two double bedrooms are equipped with double beds (180 x 200 cm and 160 x 200 cm respectively) and storage space under the mattress.

The bathroom serves both bedrooms and guests.The location of the apartment is very convenient, as it borders the prestigious Salamanca neighborhood, with the advantage of still retaining its neighborhood character, making everyday life easy without having to leave the area.

Due to its proximity, it is ideal for students of the renowned IE Business School, IE University, and EAE Business School, all of which are a 15-20 minute walk away.

The Prosperidad and Cruz del Rayo metro stations are just minutes away from the apartment, as are several bus stops that run along the surrounding streets.
