Elegant exterior flat with 4 bedrooms

In the distinguished neighbourhood of Chamberí and between the prestigious Paseo de la Castellana and Paseo de la Habana, we find this elegant and harmonious exterior flat with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 1 toilet.

There are two access doors to the flat. The first one leads to the social area of the flat, divided between the living room, the dining room, and an office area, and completed by a guest toilet. All of this is presided over by a spectacular terrace, through which a lot of natural light enters.

The second entrance, a former service door, leads to the kitchen, which is fully equipped with large and small electrical appliances, as well as a wide variety of kitchenware. From here you can access one of the bedrooms, which has a single bed with a chest of drawers and its own ensuite bathroom, giving it full autonomy and independence.

It has very good public transport connections with the rest of the city, thanks to several bus lines located just a few metres from the flat, as well as the Santiago Bernabéu and Nuevos Ministerios metro stations.
