If you're looking to settle in Madrid with all the comforts from day one, this apartment is perfect whether you're coming for studies or work, and it boasts an excellent location. The living area is organized in an open-plan space where the living room, dining room, and kitchen flow seamlessly together. The living room features a comfortable sofa, a television, and a pleasant dining area integrated into a modern living room library. All of this is illuminated by two large floor-to-ceiling windows with French doors that flood the room with natural light for much of the day. Adjacent to the living area is the open-plan U-shaped kitchen, designed to offer ample workspace and storage. It is fully equipped with appliances and utensils so you can cook with complete ease.
The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a double bed and excellent natural light. The second single bedroom is perfect as an additional room, office, or study space. Between the two bedrooms is a large wall of built-in wardrobes that provides ample storage for all your belongings without sacrificing space. A spacious bathroom with a modern shower completes the property.
It features air conditioning, heating and high-speed WiFi, offering the necessary comfort throughout the year.
The location is one of its biggest draws. Just steps away you'll find the Cibeles Fountain, the Paseo de Recoletos, and the Gran Vía, surrounded by restaurants, cafes, shops, and some of Madrid's most iconic landmarks. You can also walk to Retiro Park, the National Archaeological Museum (MAN), and the Army Head(hidden).
The transport links are excellent. Chueca station (L5) is just a 4-minute walk away, Banco de España (L2) 6 minutes, Colón (L4) 8 minutes, and Recoletos station only 4 minutes away, with access to lines C1, C2, C7, C10 and regional services, making it easy to travel both within Madrid and to other parts of the region.
