This fifty-square-meter temporary rental apartment is exterior and west-facing, allowing for natural light in the afternoon. The living area is organized into a spacious living-dining room with an integrated kitchen, equipped with a comfortable sofa and television, with access to a small balcony, ideal for enjoying the city air. The kitchen has all the appliances and complete kitchenware.
The sleeping area is integrated into the same space, but is delimited by translucent panels that provide privacy without losing light. Here is the bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe. The property has a toilet at the entrance, where the washing machine is located, as well as a separate full bathroom with a shower.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heating and high-speed Wi-Fi, guaranteeing comfort for both study and remote work stays.
This apartment has cleaning with change of sheets and towels, every 15 days and consumptions included up to € 120.
Located in the Chueca - Justicia neighborhood, the house is surrounded by restaurants, cafes, bars and shops of all kinds, as well as being very close to Gran Vía, the San Antón Market and Plaza de Chueca.
Regarding public transport, the *Chueca metro station (L5)* is just 2 minutes on foot, facilitating connection to the rest of the city.
