If you're looking for the authentic Madrid experience, this apartment is an excellent choice. This corner apartment, with all exterior-facing rooms, stands out for its spaciousness, functional layout, and abundant natural light thanks to its numerous windows and balconies. The large living-dining room is particularly inviting, featuring two large windows that open onto one enclosed balcony and another open balcony overlooking Barceló Street, providing excellent cross-ventilation and constant natural light throughout the day. It is furnished with comfortable sofas, a television, and a practical desk area, ideal for both working from home and studying.
The dining room is very close by, with space for three people and access to a third balcony, creating a peaceful atmosphere for meals. Next to this room is the separate kitchen, fully equipped with an oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and all the necessary utensils for everyday use.
The sleeping area, separate from the rest of the house, has two double bedrooms, both with large wardrobes and access to their own balcony. Finally, there is a full bathroom with a shower.
