The main floor features a comfortable and inviting living area, furnished with a sofa, television, and an exposed brick wall that adds character. Adjacent to the living room is the dining area, with a fold-out table for four. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, refrigerator, microwave, and everything else needed for daily life. Also on this floor is a full bathroom with a shower and the master bedroom, which includes built-in wardrobes and offers a peaceful atmosphere perfect for relaxation.
Going up the stairs, you'll find the second bedroom, an attic room with exposed wooden beams and a Velux window that lets in natural light. It has a double bed and storage furniture, perfect as a second bedroom or a more private space within the apartment.
The apartment has high-speed Wi-Fi.
Located in the heart of Malasaña, you'll have all kinds of shops, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and cultural venues just steps away. Public transport connections are also excellent: Noviciado station (L2) is a 3-minute walk, Santo Domingo (L2) 7 minutes, Callao (L3 and L5) and Tribunal (L1) 8 minutes, and Gran Vía (L1 and L5) only 10 minutes. A perfect location for getting around the city comfortably without needing a car.
