Rental Contract & Registration

This is a temporary rental agreement. Tenants are responsible for complying with all applicable local regulations and municipal ordinances. The possibility of registering your address ("empadronamiento") depends on the current legislation and the criteria applied by the local authorities.

The landlord accepts no responsibility for the approval or rejection of any registration request by the competent authorities under a temporary rental agreement. In any case, registration at the property shall not, under any circumstances, be considered recognition of the dwelling as the tenant's habitual or permanent residence.

For this reason, all stays longer than 30 days require the guest to purchase a liability insurance policy. This insurance provides peace of mind and protection against unforeseen events such as accidental damage to the property, material losses, theft, breakages, and home assistance, among others.

The insurance is contracted through Arrenta, is valid for one (1) year, and costs €99.
