This one-bedroom apartment is ideal for long and short stays. The whole place has exquisite designer furniture and gets good lighting from the window balcony. To the left of the lounge area and the TV is a 4 seater dining area. The apartment also comes with the option to rent parking and a storage room.

On the other side of the eating area is the integrated kitchen. It comes with a top-brand oven, hobs, and dishwasher. There is a convenient common laundry area on the ground floor of the building.

Inside the minimalist bedroom, you have a Queen-size bed with luxury bed covers, built-in wardrobes, and another window balcony. Additionally, there is an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

This apartment has a great bright atmosphere - complimented by its luxury furniture. It is a great place to stay if you want a typical Spanish neighborhood in the center with local shops and tourist activities.

This flat is located on a traditional street that leads into the local square. During your stay here, you ́ll close to the action while still quiet for a good night's sleep.
Not too far away you have El Rastro - a historic market that takes place every Sunday since the middle ages. El Rastro This, is the perfect place to buy a souvenir to commemorate your stay in Madrid. After that, you can also visit Plaza Mayor; the main square of the city and a must while you?re in Spain.

Furthermore, you have the Reina Sofía National Art Museum also very close to the apartment, which holds a large collection of works from artists like Dali and Picasso.

Regarding transport, you have innumerable bus and taxi options available as you ́re in the center of the city. The closest metro station is Lavapiés, and a couple more minutes away you also have Embajadores, La Latina and Puerta de Toledo metro stations to take you around the city to explore some other areas.

The living room is furnished with a two-seater sofa, an armchair, coffee tables, and a flat-screen TV hanging on the wall. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining table for four people. The master bedroom has a Standard double bed (1.60m x 2.00m) with two bedside tables, built-in closets, and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The entire house has wooden floors, except for the bathroom which is tiled.
