This one-bedroom apartment is ideal for long and short stays. The whole place has exquisite designer furniture and gets good lighting from the window balcony. To the left of the lounge area and the TV is a 4 seater dining area. The apartment also comes with the option to rent parking and a storage room.

On the other side of the eating area is the integrated kitchen. It comes with a top-brand microwave, dishwasher and, hobs. There is a convenient common laundry area on the ground floor of the building.

Inside the minimalist bedroom, you have a Queen-size bed with luxury bed covers, built-in wardrobes, and another window balcony. Additionally, there is an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

This apartment has a great balance of colors and decoration and is great for you if you want to stay in a central Spanish neighborhood with local shops and tourist activities.

Location

This flat is located on a quiet street that leads right into the local square. While in here, you ́ll be close to the action while still enjoying tranquility.
Just a few steps away, you have El Rastro - a historic market that has been taking place every Sunday since the middle ages. El Rastro is the perfect location to buy a souvenir to remember your stay in Madrid. Later, a few minutes from the apartment is Plaza Mayor; the big main square of the city.

Nearby you also have the Reina Sofía National Art Museum which shows a large collection of works from artists like Dali and Picasso.

Regarding transport, you will find that it is very easy to move around and as you are in the center you have innumerable bus and taxi options available. The closest metro station is Lavapiés. But there are also Embajadores, La Latina and Puerta de Toledo metro stations to take you around the city.
