This apartment is located in the heart of Madrid, five minutes from Gran Via, San Bernardo Street and Plaza de España, in a young and very trendy neighborhood surrounded by shops, restaurants and charming cafes.
From the apartment you can visit most of Madrid's places of interest on foot: starting a route from Plaza de Callao, you can walk to Puerta del Sol, have a tapa in Plaza Mayor and from there explore the neighborhoods of La Latina and Las Letras until you reach the Prado Museum.

The most striking thing about this apartment is undoubtedly the dedication with which it has been decorated and furnished, so that those who occupy it feel at home... or even better!
It is located in a very well-preserved old building and equipped with a lift from the mezzanine.
On the ground floor there is a comfortable living room with a double sofa bed and a cheerful kitchen, all integrated into a modern open space characterised by original decorative details: the golden frame around the television, the world map on the wall or the pop-style cushions... everything contributes to creating interiors with charm and personality.
On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Attic-style and very quiet, both have a built-in wardrobe, side table and full-length mirror.
On the same floor there is a complete bathroom with a bathtub and a quiet private terrace, the ideal corner to enjoy the best view of the rooftops of Madrid.
The apartment is equipped with Internet and air conditioning in all rooms.

✔Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
✔The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration of each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. The keys to the apartment will be handed over directly to our offices at Calle Augusto Figueroa 4, ground floor, between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
✔If you arrive after 7:00 p.m., remember to call at least 30 minutes in advance to ensure that there is someone available to receive you directly at the apartment to hand over the keys.
✔Check-in from 9:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. carries a surcharge of 50 EUR in cash.
✔Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions provided at all times. We are not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to not having carried out this prior process.
✔Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the municipal General Directorate of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, ta(hidden) VTC. We are not responsible for any municipal sanction in this regard.
