✔Respect: In order to ensure a good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
✔The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration of each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. Check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 carries an additional charge of 50 EUR.
✔Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions provided at all times. We are not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to not having carried out this prior process.
✔Access to the apartment: This apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal General Directorate of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, ta(hidden) VTC. We are not responsible for any municipal sanction in this regard.
