Charming exterior 2 bedroom flat in Salesas

Adjacent to the Recoletos neighbourhood, is the wonderful Justicia district, one of the most charming areas of Madrid. Here, we can find this sophisticated and spacious exterior flat fully furnished with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Its 131 square metres are cleverly distributed separating the social area from the private one, in case of guests coming over.

In the main room we find the living room on the right side with its two traditional balconies, the dining room in front and a practical kitchen fully equipped with large and small appliances.

A small corridor leads to the private part of the house. The master bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and its own ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom, on the other hand, has a double bed made up of two single beds that can be separated under request and the bathroom is situated at the end of the corridor, also serving guests.

The Justicia neighbourhood has been one of the most evolved in the capital in recent years, with the rehabilitation of important buildings and a concentration of small, unique, and exclusive restaurants, charming cafés and tea shops, art galleries, small antique shops, decoration and fashion shops among other offers.

Within walking distance, you can find yourself surrounded by shops on Calle Serrano, as well as large fashion chains on Calle Gran Vía or visit the famous Plaza de la Independencia to access the Retiro Park.

An area excellently connected to public transport, as well as just a few minutes away from the Recoletos suburban train station which takes you to Madrid airport.
